Pea soup  Goats cheese croquette, onion confit, broad beans, pea mousseline, mint & white balsamic jelly


Spring salad  Grilled baby leeks, crispy fine beans, baby carrots Parmesan, olive soil, basil, aioli


‘Smoked beef sandwich’  Horseradish mayo, pickled cucumber, caramelized onions and croutons


Bhaji spiced crispy hake  Cauliflower couscous, raisin purée, pickled apples and tandoori sauce


Springbok  Kofta, smoked aubergine purée, ricotta gnocchi, crispy quinoa


Butternut risotto  Hazelnut and Parmesan crust, wood sorrel and  sage brown butter


Lemon and poppy seed cake  Meringue, lemon curd, syrup and crème fraiche ice cream


Hot chocolate and coffee doughnuts
