Goats cheese panna cotta  Peas, pickled onion, confit shallot, mint oil, chilled pea and Parmesan soup


Fontina Agnolotti  Mushroom pureé, grilled king oyster mushrooms, pickled mushrooms, truffle dressing


Sweet corn risotto  Salt and pepper vegetables, smoked butter, croquettes, chilli and lime dressing


Gorgonzola  Pickled pear, pear cider gel, walnuts, celeriac puree, celery 


Hazelnut latté    milk chocolate coffee ice cream, hazelnut foam and salted caramel macaroon
