Fontina Agnolotti  Mushroom pureé, grilled king oyster mushrooms, pickled mushrooms, truffle dressing


Pan fried Cob   Sauce bouillabaisse, calamari, chorizo crumble, white beans, orange gel, mussel, crispy prawn
